RPS Gala Ball Success!!
A fantastic evening had by all!
The RPS Gala Ball at Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort was a truly brilliant evening. The feedback from our guests has been excellent, from start to finish we enjoyed superb company, fine dining and brilliant entertainment throughout.
More importantly we are hopeful that when the final figures are collated we will have raised close to £10,000 on the night, a big thank you to all who made this possible. Key prizes for the raffle were donated by Cleveland Cables, Bilcourt Electrical, Frank's the Flooring Store, Benfield Motors, Husquarna and Rockliffe Hall Golf Club - that you so much as your contribution of such attractive prizes greatly helped our ticket sales for Butterwick Hospice.
Jake outdid John as far as speeches go and without doubt he is an inspiration to us all with his 'can do attitude'. Following the Ball and then the festivities of the Royal Wedding, it was back to business and serious training, our latest photo catches Jake snatching a well earned rest half way through an 80 mile training session when most of us would still be in our beds!
